Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. They govern your access to and use of the oneapp.life website (and its subdomains) and the OneApp mobile application (collectively, the "Service") operated by Zamorin Global ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. General Acceptance and Communications

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By creating an Account, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. You may opt out of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email.

3. Subscriptions, Fees, and Free Trials

3.1 Subscriptions and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)").

• You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
• Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis.
• A valid payment method (credit card or PayPal) is required to process payment.
• Should automatic billing fail, Zamorin Global will issue an electronic invoice for manual payment.

3.2 Automatic Renewal

Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you or Zamorin Global cancel it. You may cancel renewal through your online account management page or by contacting customer support.

3.3 Free Trial

OneApp may offer a Subscription with a Free Trial for a limited time.

• If you enter billing information for the Free Trial, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees upon expiration unless you cancel.
• Zamorin Global reserves the right to modify or cancel the Free Trial offer at any time without notice.

3.4 Fee Changes and Refunds

• Fee Changes: Zamorin Global may modify Subscription fees at any time. We will provide reasonable prior notice of any change to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription.
• Refunds: Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

3.5 Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes, or promotions are governed by separate rules. If you participate, please review the applicable rules and our Privacy Policy.

4. Accounts and Content

4.1 Accounts

• When creating an account, you guarantee you are above the age of 18 and that the information provided is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

4.2 Content Ownership and Licensing
